they couldn't save her, just two months shy of her second birthday. it is clear that the child sustained serious trauma to her body. >> the charging documents note several injuries to the toddler's face and neck. police started an investigation and authorities believe the girl's own father and his girlfriend each face multiple charges including child abuse, assault and murder jofment if they did it, throw the book at them. this neighbor saw the ambulance that day and heard the fate of the young girl. >> she hadn't even be begun to
